Our policy lasts for 30 days. If the 30 days have gone by since you purchased your product from SWOLE APE, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your purchased item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase (invoice you receive with the item)

The are certain situations where only a partial refund may be given:

·         Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error


·         Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (If applicable):

Once your item is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item back. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

If or when approved, your refund will be sent back to the card you originally made your purchase from within a few days.


Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, NO refunds will be given on ANY sale items.



We will replace any items that are defective or damaged before purchase. If you need to exchange need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at: and further instructions will be given.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item which are non-refundable. If for any reason you receive a refund, your shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
